There is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 170 a. arable, worth 40s. yearly; 8 a. meadow, worth 2s. 8d. yearly; 100 a. sheep-pasture (ad oves), worth 4s. yearly; 6 a. seasonable wood, worth 4s. yearly; and £16 13s. 4d. assize rent from various tenants, payable at the four principal terms of the year equally. She died on 8 October last. Alexander Clyfford is her kin and next heir, viz., son of Lewis Clyfford son of Elizabeth, and was aged 10 years on 30 November last. [Head:] Delivered to court on 27 October 1440.
