In the moiety of 1/3 manor, there is a moiety of 1/3 manorial site, totally laid waste, worth nothing yearly; 30 a. arable demesne, each acre worth 6d. yearly: sum 15s.; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly: sum 6s.; 8 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly: sum 4s.; and a moiety of 1/3 wood containing 20 a., worth nothing yearly above the keeper’s fee, and enclosure and upkeep of the same: the herbage there is worth nothing yearly.

Gilling West, a messuage, worth 12d. yearly, and 2 bovates, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly, held of the king as of his honour and castle of Richmond by service of rendering 20d. to the king for all service. Rents and farms of all the lands and tenements are payable at Martinmas and Pentecost equally.
