Otes son of Ralph afterwards died without heir of his body by Eleanor, or otherwise, and Otes son of Otes Bodrugan , William, brother of Otes son of Ralph Trenewith , Thomas Peuerell , Margaret his wife, and George their son, all similarly died. Eleanor, thus seised of the manors of Trethake and Trethim, granted all the estate she had in them, by indented charter, to William Bodrugan, knight , still living, to hold by rendering £10 to Eleanor and her assigns for life at the four terms of the year, as more fully apparent in the charter, dated on 15 February 1430 and shown to the jurors. She died seised of the rent and of the manors of Pendrim, East Looe, and Trethew, with advowson of the church, without heir of her body by Otes son of Ralph. The manors and advowson remain, and should remain, by virtue of the fine, to William Bodrugan, knight , as son and heir of William brother of Otes son of Ralph Trenewith . William Bodrugan is aged 34 years and more.
She died on 11 April last. Robert Hungerford, knight , is her kin and next heir, and aged 26 years and more.
