                     <ab><rs type="person">Thomas</rs> died on <date when="1429-03-10" type="death">10 March 1429</date>, seised in demesne as of fee of
            all the said tenements and garden which descended to <rs type="person">Margaret</rs> and <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> as his
            daughters and heirs. They too were seised in their demesne as of fee, and were minors in
            <name type="person">the king</name>’s wardship.
                        <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> was then <measure type="age">aged 2 days</measure> and no more, and she died on
                <date type="death" when="1429-03-21">21 March 1429</date> jointly seised in parcenary with <rs type="person">Margaret</rs>. <name type="person" role="heir">Margaret</name> is
            sister and next heir of <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs>, and is <measure type="age">aged 16 years</measure> and more. By the death of
            Elizabeth, the moiety of the tenements and garden that was hers descended to <rs type="person">Margaret</rs>.
            Both moieties of the tenements and garden are still in <name type="person">the king</name>’s hand, one moiety owing
            to the death of <rs type="person">Thomas</rs> and the minority of <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs>, and the other moiety owing to the
            death of <rs type="person">Thomas</rs> and the minority of <rs type="person">Margaret</rs>.</ab>

                     <ab><rs type="person">Thomas</rs> died on <date when="1429-03-10" type="death">10 March 1429</date>. <name type="person" role="heir">Margaret</name> and
                        <name type="person" role="heir">Elizabeth</name> were then his daughters and next heirs and, by his death, the lands and tenements
        descended to Margaret and Elizabeth.
                        Elizabeth was then <measure type="age">aged 2 days</measure>, and she died on <date type="death" when="1439-03-21">21
        March</date> following, jointly seised in parcenary with Margaret of all the said lands and
        tenements. <name type="person" role="heir">Margaret</name> is sister and next heir of <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> and, by the death of Elizabeth, the
        moiety of the lands and tenements that was Elizabeth’s, descended to Margaret. Both moieties
        are still in <name type="person">the king</name>’s hand owing to the minority of Margaret. She is <measure type="age">aged 16 years</measure> and
        more.</ab> <ab>[Head:] Memorandum that this inquisition was delivered to <name type="person">the king</name>’s Chancery on
            <date when="1439-03-30">30 March 1439</date> by <name type="person"><name type="forename">William</name> <name type="surname">Hill</name>, <name type="role">clerk</name></name>, in the escheator’s name.</ab>
