                        With the exception of
        the croft, acre of land, 5 roods of arable, and acre of meadow, parcel of the above manor,
        Gilbert thus died seised in demesne as of fee tail of the manor, messuages, land, and
        tenements, and also of the rents and reversions relating to the croft etc. After his death,
        Sibyl entered the manor etc., exceptions excepted, and was seised in demesne as of fee tail
