, by rendering 5s. yearly for all services; a capital messuage

He died on 10 March 1429.
Margaret
Duffeld
and
Elizabeth
Duffeld
were his daughters and next heirs. Elizabeth was aged only
2 days on the day of his death, and she died a minor on 21 March 1429. A
moiety of the above lands and tenements came to the king’s hand by her death; and, owing
to her death and that of Thomas, and the minor age of Margaret, is yet in the king’s
hand.
Margaret is next heir of Thomas and Elizabeth her sister, and aged 15 1/2 years and
more.
