a stable, worth nothing yearly as ruinous; 160 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 44
a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 24 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 80 a.
coppice-wood, of which 8 acres can be cut seasonably each year after this year, each
acre worth 3s. 4d. yearly when cut; and 10 marks assize rent, taken yearly from various
tenants at Easter and Michaelmas equally.
Alphamstone, Lamarsh, Pebmarsh, and Twinstead,
a messuage and a watermill, worth nothing yearly, and 120 a. land, each acre worth 4d.
