            if <rs type="person">Edmund</rs> should die without heir of his body, then <rs type="person">Roger</rs> and his heirs may re-enter the
            manor in their previous estate, the enfeoffment notwithstanding; and if <rs type="person">Edmund</rs> or his
            heirs should make a grant which discontinues the entail in the manor, or in any parcel
            of the same, or if, by deed or fine with guarantee, they make any grant from the manor,
            or any parcel of the same, by which it is possible to exclude <rs type="person">Roger</rs> or his heirs should
            <rs type="person">Edmund</rs> die without heir of his body, then it is permitted for <rs type="person">Roger</rs> and his heirs to
            re-enter the manor immediately the guarantee or discontinuation is made, and hold it as
            in their first estate, the enfeoffment notwithstanding.</condition> <rs type="person">Edmund</rs> was thus seised in
            demesne as of fee tail of the manor, and continued in this estate until <date when="1402-06-22">22 June
                1402</date>. He died without heir of his body and the manor reverted to <name type="person">
