                        </name> for <estate type="life">life</estate>. The charter described it as
her manor of Wrestlingworth and all other lands, tenements, rents and services, of tenants free and neif, belonging to it in Wrestlingworth, reserving to her a chamber and a stable sufficient for her estate. <condition>It granted him the manor, etc., exceptions excepted, to him and his assigns for life, without impeachment for waste, ruin or destruction of men or things, to hold of the chief lords of the fee by due service, rendering to Katherine 10 marks sterling yearly, payable at Michaelmas and Easter equally, and six dozen squabs yearly after Easter, while they are in season.</condition> Should the rent fall into arrears, in part or in whole, for half a year then she and her assigns or attorney can re-enter the manor, etc., in her original estate, the charter notwithstanding, providing always that if she dies before <rs type="person">Thomas</rs> the annual rent of 10 marks and six dozen squabs shall cease from that time forth. By virtue of this charter, <rs type="person">Thomas</rs> was seised as of free tenement.</grant> 
                        
                        
                        <grant>Afterwards, by a deed of hers with a seal, shown to the jurors, dated on <date when="1418-11-04" type="grant">4 November 1418</date>, by the name <name type="person" role="grantor">
