                        After their deaths, <rs type="person">Nicholas</rs> entered as their son and heir, by virtue of the said entail. <rs type="person">Nicholas</rs> afterwards had issue of himself (<foreign rend="italic" xml:lang="la">de se</foreign>), <name type="person">Elizabeth</name>, and died. <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> had issue, <name type="person">Edmund</name>, her elder son, who died without issue, and <name type="person">Edward</name>, named in the writ, her younger son. <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> died, and <rs type="person">Edward</rs> afterwards had issue of himself (<foreign rend="italic" xml:lang="la">de se</foreign>), <name type="person">Isabel</name>, still living. <estateGroup type="tg"><rs type="person">Edward</rs> was seised in demesne as of fee tail of the manor of <name type="manor" key="2888770">Culverdine</name> by virtue of the said entail until he was disseised by <name type="person">
