He did not hold any lands or tenements of the king in chief or of any other in demesne or in service. Long before his death, by a charter of his, shown to the jurors, dated on 28 March 1437, by the name Robert Andrewe of Blunsdon St Andrew, Wiltshire, esquire, he gave John, bishop of Bath and Wells, Thomas, bishop of St David’s, Richard Beauchamp, earl of Warwick, William Ingram, clerk, William Wyllyngham, esquire, and Thomas Thorp, gentleman, and their heirs and assigns all his lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services in the said county, among other things, by the name of all manors, lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, woods, meadows, pastures, watermills, waters and fisheries, with all the rights, profits, possessions and commodities he then had in the said county and in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Worcestershire and the city of London, with a warranty clause, as fully contained in the charter. By virtue of this charter the said bishops, etc., were seised in demesne as of fee of all lands and tenements he had in the county, from the time of the charter to the present, taking the profits, and they are still seised and still take the profits.
He died on 13 April last. John Borne is his kin and next heir, viz., son of Agnes, sister of Robert, and is aged 40 years and more.

He did not hold any lands or tenements of the king in chief or of any other in demesne or in service. Long before his death, by a charter of his, shown to the jurors, dated at Wantage on 10 July 1425, by the name Robert Andrewe, esquire , he gave master Thomas Joy, master Thomas Foturby, clerks, and Thomas Andrewe and their heirs and assigns, his manor of Wantage Brians, with all lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, rents and services belonging to it, with a warranty clause, as more fully contained in the charter. By virtue of this charter the said Thomas, Thomas and Thomas were seised in demesne as of fee, during Robert’s lifetime, of all manner of lands and tenements he had in the county, from the time of the charter to the present, and still are so seised. They have taken, and yet take, the issues.
