                     </name> and <name type="person">Mary</name> lately his wife, this <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs> being the kin and heir of <name type="person">Elizabeth</name>, the daughter of <rs type="person">William</rs>, son of <rs type="person">William</rs>, and to cause the said <rs type="person">Robert</rs> and <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs>, reasonable relief having been paid to the Exchequer by them, to have full seisin of all the lands which the said <rs type="person">William</rs>, father of <rs type="person">William</rs>, held by curtesy after the death of the said <rs type="person">Mary</rs> of the inheritance of <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs>, daughter of <rs type="person">William</rs>, these having come into and remaining in <name type="person">the king</name>’s hand owing to the death of the said <rs type="person">William</rs>, father of <rs type="person">William</rs>, and the minority of the said <rs type="person">Elizabeth</rs>, daughter of <rs type="person">William</rs>, who had lately died a minor in <name type="person">the king</name>’s wardship, <name type="person">the king</name> having, for a certain fine paid in the hanaper, respited until a certain day yet to come the homage due from <rs type="person">Robert</rs> by reason of his having issue by his said wife. Afterwards, as appears by inspection of the rolls of Chancery, <name type="person">

The king, willing justice to be done, orders <rs type="person">the escheator</rs> to inquire by upright and law-worthy men of his bailiwick whether the said <name type="person">
