Regarding CIPM, xxii, no. 302, an inquisition taken in 1424, where it was found, among other things, that she held 1/2 manor of Shalford Clifford, with advowson of Cranleigh church on alternate occasions, jointly with Thomas, Lord Clifford , lately her husband, and to their heirs together; and that Thomas, son of John, lately Lord Clifford, son of Elizabeth, is her next heir. Inquire after the next heir of the bodies of Thomas de Clyfford and Elizabeth together.
