Durston, the manor, with advowson of the free chapel there on alternate occasions, held of

The free chapel is worth 40s. yearly.
John and Isabel had issue: Margaret, now wife of

, and John afterwards died seised of his estate. Isabel continued in her estate for life, and died seised of the above with the exception of the site of the manor of Durston, 200 a. wood, and 60 a. meadow in the park of the same manor, granted by Isabel after the death of John to

and Margaret, and to the heirs of Margaret. Walter and Margaret were, and still are, seised in their demesne: Walter as of free tenement, and Margaret as of fee.
