Low Ireby, the manor, annual value 20 marks, held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , by homage and fealty. Newbiggin Fell, 6 messuages, annual value 20s., held of Henry Wherton , service unknown. Solport, the manor, held of Joan, countess of Westmorland , service unknown. It is of no annual value, reason as above. Carlisle, 4 messuages in the city, annual value 10s., but of whom they are held, and by what service, is unknown; 8s. rent from a tenement of John Warde, senior , payable at Pentecost and Martinmas equally; and 6s. 8d. rent from a tenement of John Knoblowe, chaplain , payable at Pentecost and Martinmas equally. ‘Neulathes’, a messuage by ‘Neulathes’, called ‘Soureby’, and a close, called ‘Caldekelde’, annual value 3s. 4d., but of whom they are held, and by what service, is unknown. He died on 2 January 1435. Robert Tillioll is his son and next heir, and aged 30 years and more. Robert is an idiot and non compos mentis. He fell into this sickness on 29 September 1414 and his idiocy has been continuous since then.

Hayton and Torpenhow, the manors, with a close called ‘Torpenhoweparke’ in Allerdale, annual value 40 marks, held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , of his manor of Papcastle, by homage and fealty. Rotheland and le Blamyre, the manors, but of whom they are held is unknown. They are of no annual value, as wholly destroyed by the king’s Scottish enemies.

George Warrewyk , William Louther of Rose, and John Knoblowe, chaplain , have occupied the manors and close and taken the issues since Peter’s death. They still occupy them and take the issues, title unknown.
