There is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 30s. assize rent from free tenants; 15 cottages, worth nothing yearly as ruinous; 500 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, worth 10s. yearly; and 40 a. meadow, each acre worth 15d. yearly.

She held the following for life by enfeoffment of John Longvyle , John Warwyk , and Robert Spencer , with reversion to the right heirs of John Cope, esquire. Royal licence was obtained [CPR 1413–16, p. 285]. Deanshanger, the manor, held of the king in chief as 1/40 knight’s fee. There are manorial buildings, worth nothing yearly; the manorial site, its adjacent gardens, and dovecot, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; 132 a. land, each acre of 80 a. worth 4d. yearly, and each acre of the remaining 52 a. worth 2d. yearly and no more because the land is forested and stony; 18 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly; assize rent of 4s. 5 1/2d. and one reaping-hook and harrow (‘brodehokudarowe’) from free tenants; 2 cottages and 3 a. land, worth 2s. yearly; and 6 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because totally waste. This comprises the manor of Deanshanger which extends to the vills of ‘Wykedyve’, ‘Wykehamond’, Passenham, Stony Stratford, Puxley, Whitfield, Deanshanger, and Heathencote.
She died on 20 September 1434. Heir as 307. He is also the son and next heir of John Cope, esquire . [Head:] delivered to court on 30 November.
