Owing to the death of Thomas Fouleshurst , father, and the minority of Thomas his son, the following came to the hands of ‪ Henry IV and is yet in the king’s hand. John, son of Thomas, son of Thomas, is a minor in the king’s wardship, and the following is in the king’s hand for that reason also. The Weston, 2 parts of the manor, held as a whole of Richard, duke of York , by service of 8d. In the two parts, there are 400 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly. Bredwardine, 2 parts of the manor, held as a whole of the same duke, by service of 8d. There are 400 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly.
Thomas died on 24 November 1416. John is his son and next heir, and aged 21 years and more.
