There is a hall and a grange, worth nothing yearly; a croft, worth 12d. yearly; 8 messuages and 3 cottages, worth nothing yearly; 16 1/2 virgates of arable, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly, payable at the four terms of the year, viz., Martinmas, Candlemas, and the feasts of the Invention of the Holy Cross and St Peter in Chains; 29 a. and 3 roods of meadow fit to mow, each acre worth 16d. yearly when mown; 12d. assize rent payable at the said feasts; a court baron held every 3 weeks, worth 6d. yearly; and, belonging to the manor, is the advowson of Lyndon church, worth nothing yearly.
