Ewell, 1/3 messuage, worth nothing yearly, 1/3 profits of a watermill, worth 14s. 4d. yearly, 1/3 dovecot, 1/3 of its profits worth 2s. 4d. yearly, 39 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly, 1 a. meadow, worth 12d. yearly, and 10s. 8 1/2d. assize rent, and Cuddington, 10 a. arable, worth 4d. yearly, of the prior of Merton . Walton on the Hill, 10 a. arable, each acre worth 1d. yearly, and 1/2 a. wood, worth 1d. yearly, of the manor of Walton on the Hill, service unknown. She held the following in Leigh for life of the same inheritance by demise of John Crowchere , citizen of London, to Thomas Hayton and Beatrice and the heirs of their bodies, of the king in chief by knight service. Leigh, a messuage, worth nothing yearly; 80 a. arable, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 20 a. pasture, each acre worth 8d. yearly; and 10 a. wood, worth nothing yearly.
She died on 28 January last. Agnes is aged 30 years and more.
