In the manor there is the site, worth nothing yearly; 250 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 12 a. underwood, each acre worth 8d. yearly; and 100s. assize rent, at Easter and Michaelmas equally.
He died on 6 June last. Lawrence is his son and next heir, aged 15 years and more.
