He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief or another in demesne or service. Long before his death, by a charter shown to the jurors and dated at Cowdray on 6 January 1433, he granted the manor of North Crawley (Cravle) among other lands and tenements to Hugh Halsham, knight , William de Sancto Johanne , William Ryman , Richard Baynard , William Estfeld , Richard Wakhurst and William Sydney and their heirs, and they were seised in their demesne as of fee. North Crawley: the manor is held by service of 1/2 knight’s fee of the earl of Oxford , who holds of the earldom of Gloucester. In the manor there is a close, formerly the site, worth 4s. yearly; 166 a. arable, of which 100 a. are worth 30s. yearly – each acre worth 3d. – and no more because fallow, and each acre of the 66 a. is worth 6d. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 9 a. underwood which can be felled every ninth year and then each acre worth 4s. yearly, of which 6 a. are worth nothing and will be worth nothing for the next 6 years because felled, sold and carried away in 8 ‪ Henry VI [1 September 1429 – 31 August 1430], and the remaining 3 a. will be worth 12s. when felled; 3 tofts formerly messuages in the hands of tenants-at-will, each worth 4d. yearly; a cottage with 8 a. arable, worth 8s. yearly; and 55s. 6 1/2d. assize rent of free tenants yearly.
He died on 31 January last. Humphrey Bohun is his son and next heir, aged 14 years and more on 6 May 1432.

He held no lands or tenements in demesne or service of the king or any others. By his charter dated at Kelvedon on 27 September 1430 and shown to the jurors, he granted his manor of Felix Hall in Kelvedon, together with the services, rents and reversions of the manorial tenants and all profits belonging to the manor, to Thomas Dale, clerk , and John Leget, chaplain , and their heirs and assigns. All the manorial tenants therefore attorned to Thomas and John, who were and remain seised in their demesne as of fee simple. Felix Hall in Kelvedon. The manor, with all appurtenances in the vills of Kelvedon, Feering, Great Braxted, Messing, Inworth, Bradwell, Easthorpe, Copford, Great Birch, Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Tolleshunt Knights and Terling, is held of the king of his castle of Dover by service of a knight’s fee, annual value £10.

He held no lands or tenements of the king or another in demesne or service. Long before his death he was seised of the manors of Midhurst, Easebourne, Ford and Newtimber in his demesne as of fee. By his charter dated on 1 July 1426, and shown to the jurors, he granted these – described as the manors named as above, with all liberties, franchises and rights belonging to them with the advowson of the church of Newtimber – to Hugh Halsham, knight , Simon Northew , William de Sancto Johanne , William Ryman , Richard Baynard , William Estfeld , Richard Wakehurst and William Sydeney and their heirs, who were thus seised in their demesne as of fee. Simon died and the survivors, by their charter dated at Midhurst on 25 October 1429 and shown to the jurors, demised the manors of Midhurst and Easebourne – described as before with all liberties, franchises and rights belonging to them – to John Boohun, knight , and Anne his wife and his heirs and assigns. John and Anne were seised and by their charter dated at Midhurst on 20 September 1430, they re-granted these to Hugh Halsham, knight , William Ryman , John Lyndefeld, clerk , Richard Wakehurst , William Sydeney , Walter Veer , John Lelye and Walter Vrry and their heirs and assigns, who remain seised in their demesne as of fee. The survivors of the first grant, by another charter dated on 1 November 1432, similarly shown to the jurors, demised the manor and advowson of Newtimber to John and Anne for life without impeachment of waste, remainder to Hugh, son of John, and his male heirs, and then John’s right heirs. Newtimber, the manor and advowson. The manor, annual value 20 marks, is held of the Lord Say of his manor of Ham, service unknown. The manors of Ford, Midhurst and Easebourne are held of John, earl of Arundel , of his honour of Arundel by knight service. Annual values: Ford, £40; Midhurst, and Easebourne, £40 yearly.
He died on 23 February last. Heir as in 51, except that here there is no reference to 6 May.

Ambersham, 2 a. meadow, worth 2s. yearly, held of John Wyntreshull by service of 6d. yearly.
