Robert afterwards died seised of the manors of Seaton Delaval and North Dissington, with the messuage, land, rent, issues, profits, fealty, and suit of court and mill in demesne as of fee tail, and seised of ½ manor of Hartley as of free tenement. These descended to William by virtue of the fine, and William entered ½ manor of Hartley in remainder.
Agnes then died, and William afterwards died seised in demesne as of fee tail of the manors of Seaton Delaval and North Dissington, with the messuages, land, rent, issues, profits, fealty, suit of court, and the mill, ½ manor of Hartley, and the manor of Black Callerton. All except the manor of Black Callerton descended to Henry former husband of Joan, as son and heir of
William
de la
Vale
. The manor of Black Callerton descended to Henry as son and heir of William and Agnes. Henry was thus seised of all the above in demesne as of fee tail, and he died seised of this estate. Everything descended to Alice lately wife of
John
Whitchestre
, as sister and heir of Henry because he died without heir of his body. Thirds of the above were assigned in dower to Joan, the reversion of which Alice died seised in right and fee tail.
After the death of Alice, right in the reversion descended to

Whitchestre
as son and heir of Alice. He died so seised and right descended to William

6d. yearly; 5 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 3 built messuages and 2 tofts, with 5 husband-lands, each messuage with a husband-land worth 10s. yearly, and each toft with a husband-land worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 2 cottages, demised together for 4s. yearly; and two waste cottages, demised together for 2s. 6d. yearly.
Holywell, 1/3 messuage, worth 4s. yearly; and a third of 12 a. land, worth 2s. yearly.
Seaton Delaval, issues, profits, and suit of court, worth 12d. yearly above the seneschal’s expenses; and suit of mill, worth nothing yearly because the mill is waste.
North Dissington, 1/3 manor. There is the site, with no buildings because devastated by the Scots, its herbage demised for 12d. yearly; 18 a. demesne land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre demised for 16d. yearly; and 4 tofts with 4 husband-lands, each toft with a husband-land demised for 5s. yearly.
Black Callerton, 1/3 manor. There is the site, with no buildings because devastated by the Scots, its herbage worth 12d. yearly; 20 a. demesne land, each acre demised for 4d. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 3 built messuages with 3 husband-lands, each messuage with a husband-land demised for 6s. 8d. yearly; and 3 tofts with 3 husband-lands, each toft with a husband-land demised for 5s. yearly.
Hartley, a third of ½ manor. There is the site, with no buildings, where the herbage is worth 12d. yearly; 18 a. demesne land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 3 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly; 3 messuages with 3 husband-lands, each messuage with a husband-land worth 10s. yearly; and a cottage, demised for 20d. yearly.
She held no other nor more lands or tenements in demesne or service of the king in chief or any other because, long before her death, during Michaelmas term 1406,
