Philip died while a minor in the wardship of ‪Henry V. The lands and tenements are in the custody of the executors of the will of Henry, late Lord Fitzhugh . The lord was given custody of the lands and tenements by Henry V. Inform the executors of the forthcoming proof of age. [Dorse:] The executors, William, Lord Fitzhugh , and Geoffrey Fitzhugh, knight , were informed.

Thomas Rud , 46 and more, knows because Agnes his daughter was baptised in the same church, and was aged 14 on the 1 August last. William Emondson , 52 and more, left Ravensworth to stay in Stokesley on the 29 September following. John Palesser , 58 and more, bought the wood of Donland on the 1 September following. Thomas Lokwode , 59 and more, bought a messuage and 40 a. land in East Harlsey on the 11 August following. William Esby , 45 and more, took the way to the holy land on the day that Elizabeth was baptised. Laurence Nicolson , 57, made a new chamber in Hoton in the year that Elizabeth was baptised. Robert Wade , 47 and more, knows because Thomas his son drowned in the Swale the day that Elizabeth was born. George Forster , 53 and more, bought 20 a. wood in Topcliffe.
