The following came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and is still in the hands of ‪ Henry VI owing to the death of Maurice Russell and the minority of Thomas. Continues as 673+[1], except that the lands and tenements are held of John Kemys and Margaret his wife, and Stephen Haytfeld and Isabel his wife, in right of Margaret and Isabel, service unknown.

She died on 17 March last without heir of her body. John Haket is kin and next heir general of Margery, as the son of Alice sister of Maurice father of Thomas father of Margery, and aged 50 and more.

Begins as 675+[1]. Thomas married Joan, and they had issue: Margery. Maurice held the following in demesne as of fee. Horsington, ½ manor, except the messuage, curtilage, land, meadow, and advowsons, to him and his heirs in perpetuity. The moiety, exceptions excepted, is held of the king as 1/3 knight’s fee; and the messuage, curtilage, land, meadow, and advowsons are held of the king in chief as 1/30 knight’s fee. After the death of Maurice, a third of ½ manor was assigned in dower to Joan his widow by Robert Hull, escheator ; and so, owing to the death of Maurice and the minority of Thomas, the messuage, curtilage, land, meadow, and advowsons, and two parts of ½ manor came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and are still in the hands of ‪ Henry VI . Annual value of two parts of ½ manor, £10. Margery died on 17 March last without heir of her body. Margaret wife of John Kemys and Isabel wife of Stephen Haytfeld are her kin and heirs regarding the messuage, curtilage, land, meadow, and advowsons. John Haket is her kin and heir general regarding two parts of ½ manor, as the son of Alice sister of Maurice father of Thomas father of Margery. Margaret and Isabel are daughters of Maurice and his next heirs regarding reversion of the third that Joan holds in dower. Margaret is aged 40 and more, and Isabel is 38 and more. John Haket is aged 50 and more. The following came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and is still in the hands of ‪ Henry VI owing to the death of Maurice and the minority of Thomas. Wilkin Throop, a capital messuage with other buildings, a curtilage, two gardens pertaining to the messuage, 5 virgates and 10 a. land, 30 a. meadow, and 40 a. wood, annual value 40s., held of others than the king. They are parcel of the manor of Wilkin Throop. John Haket is kin and heir general of Margery regarding these lands and tenements, as the son of Alice sister of Maurice father of Thomas father of the same Margery.
