He held no lands or tenements in demesne or service of Richard, duke of York , or any other but was formerly seised of the following in demesne as of fee. Woolley, a messuage, 160 a. land, 8 a. meadow, and a mill, annual value 5 marks, and 11s. 8d. rent, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost by equal parts, held of William Releston , service unknown. Notton, a messuage, 40 a. land, 4 a. meadow, and 6 a. pasture, annual value 20s., rent of 26s., and rent of a moiety of 1moiety of lb pepper, payable as above, held of Lord Darcy, service unknown. Normanton, 4 messuages, 150 a. land, 12 a. meadow, and 10 a. pasture, annual value 100s., held of Henry Brounflete, knight , and Joan his wife, duchess of York , service unknown. Altofts, a messuage and 9 a. land, annual value 9s., held of the king as of his duchy of Lancaster by fealty. Stanley, a messuage, 8 a. land, and 2 a. meadow, annual value 6s. 8d., and 21s. rent, payable as above, held of Richard, duke of York , by fealty. Wakefield, a messuage, annual value 20s., held of Henry Brounflete and Joan his wife, duchess of York , service unknown. Chapelthorpe, a messuage, 40 a. land, 6 a. meadow, 20 a. pasture, and an acre of wood, annual value 40s., held of Robert Blacker , service unknown. Dartonketilmanthorp , 2s. 11d. rent, payable as above, held of John Sotill , service unknown. Cromwell Bottom, a messuage, 80 a. land, and 12 a. meadow, annual value 40s., held of John Lacy , service unknown. Extwistle, 16s. 8d. rent, payable as above, held of the abbot of Kirkstall , service unknown. Frickley, a messuage, 50 a. land, 3 a. meadow, and 20 a. pasture, annual value 26s. 8d., held of Ralph Anne , service unknown. Higham, 2 messuages, 18 a. land, 2 a. meadow, and 8 a. pasture, annual value 10s., held of Maud, Lady Mauley , service unknown. Barnby, 2 messuages, 15 a. land, 4 a. meadow, and 10 a. pasture, annual value 10s., and 6s. 8d. rent, payable as above, held of John Barnby and John Passelew , service unknown. He granted the above to William Mirfeld, esquire , John Manyngham of Neuland , Henry Northorp, chaplain , and John Laverok , and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter in which he is described as Oliver Woderofe of Woolley and the messuages etc. are described as the manor of Woolley and all lands, tenements, rents, and services that he held on the day of making the charter in Woolley, Notton, Kettilmanthorp , Higham, Barnby, Cromwell Bottom, Extwistle, Chapelthorpe, Crigglestone, Wakefield, Stanley, Normanton, Woodhouse, Altofts, Snydale, Royston, and Frickley. The charter was shown to the jurors. William, John, Henry, and John were thus seised in demesne as of fee and are still so seised.

He died on 20 November last. John Woderofe is his kin and next heir, as the son of John brother of Oliver, and aged 14 and more.
