                           <name type="person" role="grantor" key="1820302">William</name> bequeathed the two messuages and shop, among other things on that day, to <name type="person" role="grantee" key="1820418">Thomas</name> his son, and to <estate type="tg">the heirs of his body</estate>, with remainder to <estateRemainder type="fs"><name type="person" role="remainderman" key="1820360">Michael</name> son of <name type="person" key="1820418">William</name>, and his heirs and assigns in perpetuity</estateRemainder>.</grant> <name type="person" key="1820302">William</name> afterwards died seised of the messuages and shop. <name type="person" key="1820418">Thomas</name> entered them by virtue of the bequest and was thus seised in demesne as of fee tail. He continued his possession and took the issues until <date type="death" when="1431-03-10">10 March</date> last, on which day he was convicted of heresies and lollardies and, for that reason, sentenced to death and burnt. He died without heir of his body and the messuages and shop should remain to <name type="person" key="1820360">
