She held no lands or tenements in demesne as of fee or in service of the king in chief or any other. She held the following in dower by endowment of Fulk de Mouthe from the inheritance of John Burgh , son and heir of Hugh Burgh and Elizabeth, lately wife of Hugh and sister and heir of Fulk. Shelve, 1/3 manor, annual value 6s. Wentnor, 1/3 manor, annual value 9s. Yockleton, 1/3 manor, and the hamlet of Stoney Stretton that is parcel of the manor, annual value 26s. Causa third of ¼ forest, annual value 5s. Kinnerton and Stirchley, 1/3 rent of 40s. and three pennyweights of gold, payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas by equal parts. The annual value of a third of the weight of gold is 12d. The above annual values are no more because the manors etc. are within the borders of the county adjacent to the March of Wales and were laid waste by Welsh rebels during the wars. They are still waste largely because of the pestilence, and thieves in the March. The manors etc. are held of the king in chief by knight service. She held the following in dower as above. Hayes, 1/3 manor, annual value 14s. Habberley, 1/3 manor, annual value 12s., and 1/3 advowson of the church there. Loton, 1/3 manor, annual value 8s. Cardeston, 1/3 manor, annual value 13s., and 1/3 advowson of the chapel there. Wattlesborough, 1/3 manor, annual value 13s. 4d. The above annual values are no more for the same reasons as above. The manors are held of the earl of Stafford as of his castle of Caus by knight service. She held the following in dower as above. The Hem, 1/3 manor and 1/3 hamlet of Hinnington, member of the manor, annual value 15s., held of John Talbot and Hugh Cokesey, knight , as of their manor of Idsall, service unknown. Mouth, 1/3 lordship, in the March of Wales in Powysland, held in chief of the lord of Powys as of the castle of Pool by 13s. 4d. castleward yearly. The annual value of the third is 53s. 4d. and no more because it was destroyed during the wars.
She died on 5 October 1429 without heir. John Burgh is son and heir of Elizabeth sister and heir of Fulk, and was aged 16 on 12 June last.
