There are 124 a. arable, each acre of 24 a. is worth 2d. yearly, and 100 a. lies fallow and is worth nothing yearly; 16 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 6 a. wood, each acre worth 8d. yearly; free tenants who render 12s. at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts; rent of one capon, price 3d., and 1lb cumin, price 1d.; 9 cottages, worth nothing yearly; and a court baron held twice yearly, worth nothing yearly above the seneschal’s costs.
He died on 7 September 1429. Robert Drue , his son and next heir, was aged 4 on 7 July 1430.
