   <rs type="person">Joan</rs> died seised in her demesne as of free tenement. <rs type="person">Roger</rs> had issue: <rs type="person">Margaret</rs>. After <rs type="person">Joan</rs>’s death, <rs type="person">Margaret</rs> and <name type="person" key="1931016">John Gra</name> entered the manors and rent in their remainder, and were seised of them in right of <rs type="person">Margaret</rs> in demesne as of fee tail. She died without heir of her body and <rs type="person">Roger</rs> died without heir of his body. 
                  
Thomas Hopton died during <rs type="person">Margaret</rs>’s life, but <name type="person" key="1956530"> <name type="forename">John</name> <name type="surname">Hopton</name></name> is his son and next heir, and <measure type="age">aged 24</measure> and more.
