Inquire what lands and tenements came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and are still in the king’s hands owing to the death of Christine and the minority of William.

Harvington, 5 messuages, each worth 2s. 6d. yearly; 3 cottages, each worth 12d. yearly; 60 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 16 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly, held of the bishop of Worcester , service unknown.+[1] Owing to her death and the minority of William Rous , her kin and heir as the son of Robert son of Christine, the above came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and is still in the king’s hands because she died seised in demesne as of fee of various lands and tenements in Warwickshire that were held of ‪ Henry V in chief by knight service.
William Rous died on 3 October 1420. John Rous is his brother and next heir, and now aged 17 years, 15 weeks, and more.
