He held the following of ‪ Henry V in chief in demesne as of fee. Calais, an inn lying between the highway of St Nicholas on the north, the king’s highway on the south, the way called ‘Cokislane’ on the east, and ‘le maisondieu’ and ‘le maisondieustrete’ on the west, annual value £12 sterling, by service, when it falls, of covering two watches for the defence of the vill.
He died on 10 April 1421. Roger Camoys is his son and next heir, and aged 22 and more.
Owing to Roger’s minority, Richard Bukland, treasurer of Calais, occupied the inn and took its issues.
