There are 24 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 16 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 6 a. wood, each acre worth 8d. yearly; a court baron held twice yearly, worth nothing yearly above the seneschal’s costs; 9s. assize rent, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts; rent of one capon, price 3d. yearly; and rent of 1lb cumin, price 1d. yearly.
She died on 7 May 1426.
