He died on 6 November 1420. Edward his son was then his next heir. Edward died without heir of his body on 30 November 1420 while a minor in the wardship of Henry V. Philip son of Philip is Edward’s brother and next heir, and aged 14 years.
Since Philip’s death, John Cokayn of Cockayne Hatley has occupied the lands and tenements and taken the issues by letters patent [CFR 1422–1430, pp. 115–16]. The letters were shown to the jurors and escheator.
