Little Sutton, a messuage and 3 nooks of land, annual value 2s. above the rent, held of the king by petty serjeanty by yearly payment of 6s. 1d. at Lady Day and Michaelmas by equal parts, delivered by the sheriff. He was seised of the following. Great Sutton, one croft, of no annual value above rent, held of John Radeclyff, chevalier , by payment of 4s. yearly at the same terms.
He died on 23 November last. John is his son and next heir, and aged 30 and more.
