Assigned in the lower part of a house called ‘Ferhous’ at Down Hall: 1/3 lower part of ‘Ferhous’; 1/3 grange on the northern side; 33 a., one rood and 1/3 rood of land lying in various fields and crofts called ‘Watersshepe’, ‘Spryngoldys’, ‘Hoggecroft’, ‘Northcroft’, ‘Hakeneycroft’, ‘Bremsones’, and ‘Thomelyneswyk’, containing 100 a. land; 1 a., one rood and 1/3 rood of meadow lying in a certain meadow, containing 4 acres; 1 a., one rood and 1/3 rood of marsh forinseca, lying in a certain marsh, containing 4 acres; 1/3 drain; 41¼d., and a third of ¼d. assize rent taken from John Comyn , from a third of 10s. 4d. assize rent taken from various tenants; 1/3 empty site where a windmill used to stand; 4d. as a third of 12d., the value of the view of frankpledge; and 10 a. arable, formerly of Baldwin Tavy in Bradwell on Sea, lying in a field called ‘Tavy Feld’, containing 30 a. arable.
