She died on 20 September 1422. Roger Willeye is her kin and next heir as the son of Joan her sister, and aged 30 and more.

John Moungomery, chevalier , and Elizabeth his wife, widow of John Norbury and his executor, took the issues of the above by letters patent issued by ‪ Henry IV , dated 28 February 1413 [CPR 1408–1413, p. 468] and shown to the jurors. The letters were issued to Henry, late Lord Beaumont , granting custody of the above that came to the king’s hands because of the death of John Cressy and the minority of Thomas his son, who died a minor in the wardship of ‪ Henry IV . For these reasons, and because of the minority of John brother of Thomas, custody was granted to Lord Beaumont who granted custody to John Norbury . John Cressy , still living, turned 21 on 20 April last.

By a fine levied at Westminster on the octave of Hilary 1345 and afterwards on the quindene of Easter 1345 [CP 25/1/194/13 no. 28], Henry Mortimer and Richard de Welles , deforc., granted the manor of Chelmarsh, a messuage, and 4 marks 9s. rent there to Hugh Mortimer of Chelmarsh, knight, senior , quer., to hold of the chief lords of the fee by due service for life, with remainder to Henry son of Hugh and the heirs of his body by Elizabeth his wife in perpetuity. Failing such issue, the manor should remain successively as follows: to the heirs of the body of Henry son of Hugh; to Hugh brother of Henry and the heirs male of his body; to James, brother, and the heirs male of his body; to Edmund, brother, and the heirs male of his body; to Thomas, brother, and the heirs male of his body; to Roger, brother, and the heirs male of his body; to Joan and Margaret sisters of Roger, for their lives, with remainder to the right heirs of Hugh Mortimer of Chelmarsh. This is shown by a transcript of the fine in letters of exemplification of ‪ Henry VI , shown to the jurors. Hugh Mortimer of Chelmarsh died and Henry son of Hugh entered the manor. He was seised by authority of the fine in demesne as of fee tail. He had issue: Hugh Mortimer , former husband of Parnel, and died seised of this estate. Hugh son of Henry entered the manor and was seised in demesne as of fee tail. Each of the following died without heir male of his body: Hugh brother of Henry, James, Edmund, Thomas, and Roger Mortimer .
