These manors are parcel of the manor of Stanwell in Middlesex and in the possession of William Davers .

He died on 16 April last. Miles Wyndesor is his son and next heir, and was aged 10 on 1 January last.

John Fyndell held a cottage with adjacent curtilage by 4d. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts. Agnes Jolyf held a messuage with an adjacent curtilage by 6d. yearly at Michaelmas. Hardmead. John Rose held the manor of Hardmead as of the manor of Stanwell as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. ‘Wardesilver’, payable yearly every 24 weeks. The rents from Hardmead and Burnham are worth nothing yearly to Richard Wyndesor because they are paid as castleward at Windsor, as parcel of the rent of the manor of Stanwell. Horton. The tenants of the following manors held them in demesne as of fee as of the manor of Stanwell by 54s. 8d. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts. This rent is worth nothing to Richard Wyndesor because it is used to pay the abbess of Burnham . Thomas Panter held ½ manor of Horton. Richard Wyot held a moiety of ½ manor. Thomas Melreth held the other moiety of ½ manor.

By licence of ‪ Henry V, shown by letters patent dated 23 May 1415, he granted it to Thomas, abbot of St Peter’s, Chertsey, and the convent there, in exchange for the advowson of Stanwell church together with an acre of land, parcel of Stanwell manor [CPR 1413–1416, pp. 322, 326].
