, and Joan his wife, and to the heirs of their bodies in perpetuity. Failing such heirs, the above should wholly remain to the right heirs of John as shown by the charter of enfeoffment dated Stratfield Saye 19 January 1415. The charter was shown to the jurors. They had issue: William.
John died and Joan survived. She then died without any other issue between her and John. William died without heir on 1 July 1422. By his death, the above lands and tenements should remain to John, right heir of
John
Dabrichecourt
as his son by the body of Joan his first wife. John son of John turned 21 on 23 November last.
