                 render account for the following lands and tenements on the morrow of Michaelmas: the
                 manor of <name type="manor" key="1730754">Bodannon</name> and the bailiwick of the hundred of <name type="hundred" key="15806">Trigg</name>, except one messuage in the
                    same manor, 2 Cornish a. land, 1/10 knight’s fee in <name type="place" key="1732432">Bowithick</name>, and 1/20 knight’s fee mortain in
                    <name type="place" key="2752411">Tregeare</name>. The manor and bailiwick were held, exceptions excepted, by <name type="person" key="1870947"><name type="forename">John</name> <name type="surname">Cheynduyt</name></name> of <rs type="heldOf"><name type="person" key="https://ipm-stg.cch.kcl.ac.uk/django/eats/entity/2718905/">the
                       king</name> in chief as of his castle of <name type="castle" key="2711650">Launceston</name> as of his duchy of <name type="duchy" key="1743198">Cornwall</name></rs> by <rs type="serviceTenure" subtype="kni">knight service</rs> and
                 seized into the king’s hands at the time of John’s death. An account is yet to be rendered.
