There are 80 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 2 carucates of land, worth 20s. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 12 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because there is no underwood and the pasture lies in common; 8s. 3d. assize rent from free tenants; and 4 cottages, worth nothing yearly because ruinous.
He died on 6 January last. Anne wife of Richard Axsmyth is the daughter and next heir of Alice and Richard. She is aged 30 and more.
