She held the following in demesne as of fee to her and her heirs in perpetuity. Pitstone, the site of a water-mill, annual value 2s. and no more because the building is ruinous, held of the king in chief by fealty and by 20s. rent, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts. The site and the mill have always existed in Pitstone, and that the mill, commonly called ‘Ivingho Mille’, was granted to Ralph de Ivingho by Edward II by letters patent shown to the jurors, proves that the mill existed from that time at least. Ralph was seised of the mill in demesne as of fee.
She died on 23 November 1427 without heir.
