Further, ‪<name type="person" role="king" key="2450193"><name type="forename">Henry</name> V</name>‬ granted that they, in full and peaceable possession and seisin of the priory, could give, grant or assign the priory to the <name type="person" key="2429669"><name type="role">Master and college at <name type="college">Higham Ferrers</name></name></name> in <name type="county">Northamptonshire</name>, when founded by <rs type="person">the archbishop</rs>, to have and hold to the Master and College and their successors of the archbishop and archdeacon and the archbishop’s heirs in free, pure and perpetual alms, for the maintenance of the indigent parsons in the college and certain paupers there, without any profit, service, charge, exaction or demand to ‪<name type="person" role="king" key="2450193"><name type="forename">Henry</name> V</name>‬ or his heirs; the master and college and their successors to hold of the archbishop and archdeacon and heirs of the archbishop in free, pure and perpetual alms as above without any profit, charge, exaction or demand as above from the priory.</grant>
                        
<grant type="ns">Afterwards <name type="person" role="grantor" key="2363127">Isabel</name>, on <date type="grant" when="1423-04-05">5 April 1423</date>, granted <grantItem>the manor or priory with the lands, tenements, etc., described in full as above</grantItem>, to <estate type="lives"><name type="person" role="grantee" key="2321635">the archbishop</name> and <name type="person" role="grantee" key="2321705">archdeacon</name></estate> and <estateRemainder type="fs">the heirs of <name type="person" role="remainderToHeirs" key="2321635">the archbishop</name></estateRemainder>.</grant> They were seised of this estate. The archbishop founded, established and ordained the college, to the glory and honour of God, and appointed the lord

                        </name>, as <name type="person" key="2429669"><name type="role">master</name></name>. <grant>On <date type="grant" when="1426-08-04">4 August 1426</date>, <name type="person" role="grantor" key="2321635">the archbishop</name> in peaceable possession of <grantItem>the manor or priory</grantItem>, granted and confirmed it by his letters patent to <estate type="fs"><name type="person" role="grantee" key="2429669">the master and college</name></estate> and their successors in aid of the maintenance of the parsons and paupers as above, to hold of the archbishop and his heirs in free, pure and perpetual alms as is contained more fully in the foundation and letters patent <rs type="shownJurors">shown to the jurors</rs>.</grant> The <name type="person" role="tenant" key="2429669"><name type="role">master</name> and college</name> were peaceably seised from the <date when="1426-08-04">4 August</date> and remain so.
