In the site there are no buildings but the site’s pasture is worth 4d. yearly; a large enclosed garden called ‘Olde Orcherde’ containing 10 a., its herbage worth 5s. yearly; and a small water-mill, derelict and often without water, called ‘Clakke Mylne’, worth nothing yearly after the mill’s repair.
