In the manor there are the derelict capital messuage, worth nothing yearly; a dovecot, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; an orchard, its pasturage and fruit worth 6d. yearly; a several wood, its underwood worth 6s. 8d. yearly; £11 3s. 6d. assize rents of free tenants at Pentecost and Martinmas in equal portions, with 30s. free rents at St Andrew’s feast from the manor of Weston, by Otley, pertaining to the manor of Settrington; works of ploughing and reaping the manor’s corn performed yearly by the manor’s tenants, worth 2s. yearly; 330 a. demesne arable by the short hundred, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 36 a. demesne meadow, each acre worth 4d. yearly; a several pasture containing 400 a. by the short hundred, called ‘le Wald’, each acre worth 1d. yearly; a several pasture called ‘le Haggeflatt’ containing 30 a. land, each acre worth 1d. yearly; a water-mill, worth 20s. yearly; £7 rents of tenants at will and other farmers at Martinmas and Pentecost in equal portions; and four pastures – ‘le Marre’ containing 300 a., ‘Dynmore’ containing 200 a., ‘Leymore’ containing 800 a. and ‘Swynholm’ containing 30 a. – each lying yearly in common and worth nothing yearly. Settrington church is worth 100s. yearly when vacant, the chantry there is worth nothing yearly when vacant above prayers, and Geldeston church is worth 40s. yearly when vacant.
