Belonging to the manor there are 60 a. arable, each acre worth 12d. yearly; and 3s. 4d. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. Bracebridge, a windmill, worth 2s. yearly; and a messuage, worth 4s. yearly, a toft, worth 12d. yearly, 8 bovates, each worth 2s. 2d. yearly and 7 a. meadow, each acre worth 6d. yearly. The messuage, toft, land and meadow are held of the heirs of Ralph Bracebrigg, chevalier , of their manor of ‘Southalle’ in this vill of Bracebridge, service unknown. Tealby, a messuage called ‘Bayonshalle’ with the adjacent enclosed crofts, worth 6s. 8d. yearly, a carucate of arable, worth 13s. 4d. yearly, a bovate called ‘Doboxgang’, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and 8 a. meadow, each worth 8d. yearly, and 13s. 4d. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. The messuage, crofts, lands, meadow and rents are held of Thomas Gower , service unknown.
He died on 2 July last. John son of Thomas Manfeld is his kinsman and next heir as son of Thomas his brother, and is aged 24 years and more.

The messuage with adjacent garden is worth 13s. yearly and the cottage 6d. yearly.
He died on 1 July last. Heir as in 733.
