She held 1/3 manor of Ipplepen of the king in chief by service of 1/6 knight’s fee. William Stoke, clerk , and William atte Wode of Newbury gave the manor to Amaury de Sancto Amando and Ida his wife and the heirs of their bodies. Amaury and Ida were seised in their demesne as of fee tail and had issue Eleanor. After Ida’s death Amaury married Eleanor. On 7 November 1393, Henry Inkepenne gave this manor of which he was seised in his demesne as of fee, to Amaury and Eleanor his wife and the heirs of Amaury’s body. Amaury was seised as of fee tail and Eleanor as of free tenement. Eleanor continued in her estate after Amaury’s death and died seised. The manor then descended to Elizabeth wife of William Beauchamp , this Maud and Eleanor Braybroke as kinswomen and heirs of the bodies of Amaury and Ida, being daughters of Gerard Braybroke , son of Eleanor their daughter. Annual value of the 1/3 manor £10.
She died on 18 October last, without heir of her body. Elizabeth and Eleanor Braybroke were her sisters and next heirs; Elizabeth is aged 17 years and more and Eleanor 4 years and more.

Thomas Daunteseye and Henry Ingepenne gave this manor to Amaury de Sancto Amando and Eleanor his wife and the heirs of Amaury’s body. Amaury was seised in his demesne as of fee tail and Eleanor as of free tenement. Eleanor continued in her estate after Amaury’s death and died seised. The manor then descended lately to Elizabeth wife of William Beauchamp , this Maud and Eleanor Braybroke as kinswomen and heirs of the body of Amaury, being daughters of Gerard Braybroke , son of Eleanor daughter of Amaury, according to the form of this gift. Partition of the manor was made between these heirs in Chancery [see 570], with two of the three equal parts delivered to Elizabeth and Maud. Annual value of Maud’s third part, £7.

She died seised of 1/3 of the following, with the advowson of 1/3 church of Edgcott: the manor of Grendon Underwood, 2 carucates of land and 4 a. meadow in Grendon Underwood and Edgcott. Henry Ingepenne , gave the manor, land, meadow and advowson on 7 November 1393, to Amaury de Sancto Amando and Eleanor his wife and the heirs of Amaury’s body as in 703. They were seised and the manor etc. descended, with partition and delivery of the 2 parts, as in 703. Of whom or by what service the manor, land, meadow and advowson are held is unknown. Annual value of Maud’s third part, £6 10s.

Partition into 2 equal parts between William Beauchamp and Elizabeth his wife and this Eleanor, as sisters and heirs of Maud, in the presence of William and Elizabeth and the next friends of Eleanor [CFR 1422–30, p.143].
