He held by gift of Lucy who was the wife of Robert Busshey to John and Joan and the heirs of their bodies, remainder in full to John son of Lucy, who survives, to hold to themselves, their heirs and assigns of the chief lords of those fees by services owed and accustomed, royal licence obtained [CPR 1408–13, p.54]. John and Joan died without heirs of their bodies. Annual value of the messuage and shops 40s.
He died on 13 December last. Identity of heir unknown. John son of Lucy is aged 30 years and more.
