Long before her death, by her indented deed shown to the jurors, and described as Isabel formerly wife of William de Beaumount , she granted her manors of Asserton and Calstone Wellington with all their lands, tenements and knights’ fees, to Thomas de Beaumount , John Wolf , Henry Crosse and William Squyer and their heirs. They were seised. John Wolf died and Thomas, Henry and William who survive, continued in this estate during her lifetime. The manor of Asserton is held of the earl of Salisbury , service unknown, annual value £8. The manor of Calstone Wellington is held of Richard Fitzrobert , service unknown, annual value £6.
She died on 22 April last. Thomas Beaumount is her son and next heir, aged 22 years and more.

She held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or in service. She was formerly seised in her demesne as of fee of the manor of Plash. By her indented deed shown to the jurors, and described as Isabel who was formerly wife of William de Beaumount , she demised the manor to William Squyer , who survives, for life, and also granted to him for life and the tenants of this manor sufficient trees from the woods within the manor of Pyleigh, as much as William Squyer and the tenants needed for the repair of their houses, to have and carry away, with free entry and exit through her lordship of Pyleigh, with crop and lop of trees and the barks, by the arrangement of William Squyer with the supervision of the bailiff or reeve of the manor, rendering 45s. 11 1/2d. at the four principal annual terms in equal portions to Isabel during her life and after her death a rose to her heirs and assigns at Midsummer. William Squyer was seised and still continues in this estate. Isabel died seised of the reversion of the manor of Plash with these profits in the manor of Pyleigh as held and taken as above. The manor of Plash is held of Hugh Luterell, chevalier , by knight service, annual value with all the profits, £4. She granted to Thomas de Beaumount , John Wolf , Henry Crosse and William Squyer and their heirs and assigns, the reversion of the manor of Pyleigh with lands, tenements, fees, liberties and other appurtenances belonging to the manor, which Joan Maynard has for life by gift of Isabel, with all lands, tenements, knights’ fees, rents and services of all her tenants in ?Old Stowey, Sandhill and Broun. John Wolf died and Thomas, Henry and William who survive, still continue in this estate. The manor of Pyleigh etc. is held of Thomas ?Keynestham, service unknown, annual value £6.

The manor of West Knighton is held of the heir of Leonard Hakeluyt, chevalier , annual value together with the lands, tenements, knights’ fees, liberties, rents and services of her tenants in Fleet, Thurstanshay and Winterbo(u)rne, 8 marks.
