She held the manor of Bickmarsh [Warw] for life in demesne as of free tenement by grant of Drue Barantyn, John Hareweden , William Makeneye and Richard Cudlyngton, clerk , by fine in ‪Henry IV’s court to Elizabeth and Baldwin her late husband and the heirs of his body, remainder for want of such issue and after her death to Philip Seintcler, chevalier , and his heirs, as is contained more fully in the fine [mor. St John Baptist 1401, CP 25/1/290/59 no.32]. Baldwin died without heir and Thomas Seintcler is the son and heir of Philip, kinsman and next heir of Baldwin, and was aged 21 years and more on 25 March last. The manor is held of the abbot of Hailes by a red rose. In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 200 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly and 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, all in the possession of tenants at will, paying at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; and 4 virgates of arable held at will according to the customs of the manor, each worth 5s. yearly at the same feasts.
She died on 17 June 1422. Maud wife of John Bergh is her daughter and next heir, aged 30 years.
John Burgh, escheator for Warwickshire , took and levied all issues, from her death until the day of this inquisition.

The manors and advowson together with all other manors, lands and tenements in various counties were surrendered to Baldwin and Elizabeth and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords of the fee for the services pertaining to the manors and advowson, remainder to Philip Seyntcler, chevalier , and his heirs, as is contained more fully in the fine. Baldwin died without heir of his body; Philip Seyntcler, chevalier , is deceased and Thomas his son is his next heir, aged 20 years and more on 25 March last. In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 2 crofts, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; demesne lands, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and 19 messuages and 19 virgates, of which 5 messuages and 5 virgates are demised each year and then each messuage and each virgate worth 5s. yearly, and the residual 14 messuages and 14 virgates lie fallow and uncultivated in the lord’s hands and are worth nothing yearly. The manor is held of the king in socage by service of paying 10s. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas equally to his castle of Windsor, and 15s. 4d. yearly at the same terms to his sheriff for ‘blanchfarm’ (blanchia firma). Farthinghoe, the manor, in which there are the site, worth nothing yearly; demesne lands, worth 20s. yearly; 5 messuages and 5 virgates, each messuage and each virgate worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and a cottage worth 2s. yearly. In Great or Little Purston there is a messuage and a carucate, worth 13s. 4d., which is part of the manor of Farthinghoe. The manor is held of Maud Lady Lovell and Holand, by knight service.

Bickmarsh, the manor, in which there are the site, worth nothing yearly; demesne arable, worth 20s. yearly; and a carucate in the hands of the tenants, worth 20s. yearly. It is held of the king in chief, services unknown. Shotteswell, the manor, in which there are the site, worth nothing yearly; demesne arable, worth 50s. yearly; and 6 messuages and 6 virgates in the hands of the tenants, worth 50s. yearly. It is held of the earl of Warwick , services unknown. She held the manor and advowson of Wishaw for life. By a fine levied in the king’s court, Drue Barantyn, John Harwedon , William Makeney and Richard Gudlyngton, clerk , granted these to Baldwin Berford, chevalier , and Elizabeth his wife and the heirs of his body, remainder to John Hore and Joan his wife and his heirs, to hold of the chief lords of the fee by the services pertaining to the manor and advowson. Baldwin and Elizabeth were seised of this estate. Baldwin died without heir and Joan wife of John Hore is dead. The manor and advowson remain to John Hore and his heirs according to the form of the fine. In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 2 messuages and 2 virgates, worth 10s. yearly; 8 cottages, worth 20s. yearly; 4 closes called ‘Longley’, worth 20s. yearly; and 20s. assize rents. Part of the manor is held of the earl of Warwick , services unknown; another part is held of the prior of the hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England, services unknown; and the residue is held of Baldwin Frevyll ’s heirs, services unknown.
