In the manor there are the capital messuage called ‘Court Place’, worth nothing yearly; 6 carucates, worth 60s. yearly, namely 10s. each; 30 a. meadow, worth 30s. yearly, namely 12d. an acre; 40 a. pasture, worth 10s. yearly, namely 3d. an acre; and 100s. assize rents from tenements, paid separately by their tenants at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas in equal portions.
She died on 8 December last. Roger Gunter, esquire , is her son and next heir, aged 40 years and more.

In the manor there are the capital messuage with adjacent garden [also given as ‘adjacent curtilage’] called ‘Courte place’, worth nothing yearly; 4 carucates of arable, worth £4 yearly, namely 20s. each; 20 a. meadow, worth 40s. yearly, namely 2s. an acre; 20 a. wood, worth 10s. yearly, namely 6d. an acre; 13 a. pasture, worth 13s. yearly, namely 12d. an acre; and 72s. assize rents from tenements, paid separately by their tenants at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas in equal portions. The hundred and its issues are worth 5s. yearly, the advowson nothing yearly. The messuage, land, meadow, pasture, rent, advowson and hundred as a whole constitute the manor of Pitney Lorty, annual value as a whole in demesne and service £11. She also died seised in her demesne as of fee of the manor of Knole and Bineham, held of the abbot of Athelney in right of his church of Athelney by knight service. In the manor there are a messuage which is the site of the manor, worth nothing yearly; 2 carucates, worth 40s. yearly, namely 20s. each; 10 a. meadow, worth 30s. yearly, namely 3s. an acre; 10 a. pasture, worth 10s. yearly, namely 12d. an acre; and £6 assize rents as above.
